Command prompt biasanya diakses melalui butang Start Windows > Run > taipkan cmd (pada Windows XP) atau melalui butang Start Windows > Kotak carian > Taipkan cmd (Windows 7). Bagi pengguna Windows 7 dan ke atas, adalah dinasihatkan supaya anda memilih ‘Run as administrator’ dengan cara klik kanan pada ikon cmd tersebut.

Untuk menggunakannya, taip sfc pada command prompt dan diikuti dengan jarak (space) dan mana-mana masukan arahan seperti berikut;

• /scannow: Ia akan memberikan imbasan segera pada sistem anda dan ia akan menggantikan mana-mana fail yang perlu penggantian. Selepas proses imbasan selesai, anda diperlukan supaya memulakan semula (restart) Windows.
• /scanonce: Ia akan memulakan imbasan sebaik sahaja anda memulakan semula sistem komputer anda.
• /scanboot: Ia akan menjadualkan pengimbasan setiap kali anda memulakan semula sistem komputer.
• Revert. Ia akan mengembalikan semula tetapan System File Checker ke tetapan asal. Misalnya, fungsi /scanboot boleh dimatikan dengan arahan ini.

Check Disk

Fungsi ini akan membaiki sebarang ralat sistem, mengesan sektor buruk (bad sector) dan mendapatkan kembali maklumat yang masih boleh digunakan dari sektor buruk (bad sector) yang terlibat. Masa yang diperlukan untuk melakukannya selalunya sangat panjang terutamanya jika melibatkan keseluruhan cakera keras (hardisk).

Cara menggunakan fungsi check disk pada command prompt adalah dengan menaip chkdsk, diikuti dengan jarak dan masukkan antara salah satu pilihan di bawah;

• Volume. Jika anda inginkan keseluruhan hardisk diimbas, masukkan huruf pemacu (drive) berkenaan.
• Filename. Anda boleh menggunakan chkdsk ini untuk memeriksa satu atau sebilangan fail
• /F. chkdsk akan segera melakukan segala pembetulan
• /R. Ia akan memaksa pilihan chkdsk untuk mencari sektor buruk (bad sector) dan mendapatkan semula maklumat daripadanya. Jika chkdsk tidak boleh kerana sistem Windows sedang digunakan, ia akan meminta anda jalankan arahan ini selepas memulakan semula (restart) Windows. Ipconfig

Apa Itu WannaCry?

Apa Lagi Ciri WannaCry?

Malware ini merebak seperti worm, yang mana ia akan melakukan imbasan terhadap komputer-komputer lain yang boleh dijangkiti dan terus melekap padanya, melalui kerentanan pada sistem operasi Microsoft, khususnya Windows XP dan Windows Server 2003.

Sekiranya satu komputer mula dijangkiti, maka kesemua komputer yang berada dalam satu rangkaian akan turut dijangkiti.
